What Problem Did The Homeowner Want To Solve?

Our homeowner envisioned a new outdoor space to enjoy his pool and host guests with clear views of the water. Since the original deck and foundation were failing, we needed to start from scratch to build a structure that could handle the scale of his vision.

How Did We Solve The Problem?

Transformation began with the complete demolition of the existing frame and foundation, clearing the way for a structure built on a solid foundation. Navigating 2,500 square feet of construction around an established pool required a coordinated effort from our entire crew to keep the work moving efficiently and on schedule.

The result is a stunning 2,000 SF main deck integrated with 500 SF of boardwalk, creating a seamless flow across the property. To withstand local weather conditions, we used ProWood color-treated lumber and stainless steel screws, ensuring structural integrity that matches the coastal environment. 

We installed a HogWire handrail system to provide a modern finish while maintaining safe boundaries and keeping waterfront views completely unobstructed.
